It's a Girl! Gender Reveal | Mesha's Pregnancy Journal (Week 20)
Monday, August 27th, 2018 Holy crap! I am 20 weeks pregnant and man I am feeling it! Baby Park is the size of a Banana measuring in 6.50 inches and weighing 10.1 ounces. Even though I went to bed at 11:30pm last night (fell asleep reading, ‘Crazy Rich Asians’) I still didn’t want to really wake up today. I felt super heavy and bloated due to the pizza we had for dinner last night. This resulted in all of my meals being ate late because I just wasn’t feeling all that hungry. A

Pregnant Woman Vs. Food | Mesha's Pregnancy Journey (Week 17)
Monday August 6th, 2018 I had rough night of sleeping last night, woke up at 2 so hot and uncomfortable and then of course had to pee a bunch. Peeing all the time seems to be the story of my life these days. I started to feel some anxiety laying in bed. Why? I don’t know. My heart was beating so hard and I felt so antsy like I could go and run a mile or something. I went pee again and then decided to lay on the floor in our bedroom where Kiko’s dog bed is. (It’s so BIG!) I gr

Baby Is The Size Of An Avocado | Mesha's Pregnancy (Week 16)
Monday July 30, 2018 Started my morning off walking the pups 2 miles. I'm making an effort to walk them at least 4 times a week. Walking makes me feel good and gives me an opportunity to just reset and clear my mind plus the dogs are extra happy with the consistency. After... It was a busy, jam packed day running around... taking care of payroll, coaching my personal training clients, coaching Barbell Class, finishing up nutrition check-ins with Nutrition Clients and then hit

I WANT SUSHI!!! (Week 15) | Mesha's Pregnancy Journey
Friday, July 27th, 2018 Woke up early to meet up with my friend Jen and hang out with her two boys at Downtown Bellevue Park. Haven't had a chance to see Baby Micah so was super excited to meet him. First time seeing her since my pregnancy announcement so we talked a lot about pregnancy and being a mom. Her boys are super cute! The rest of the morning was all admin work, working on everything for the business. Even though all the admin stuff can stress me out and the to-do li

My Birthday Week: Nike Employee Store, Family, Pregnancy Announcement (Week 14) | Mesha's Pregna
Monday, July 16th 2018 I felt pretty good this morning with my energy besides feeling bloated, heavy, more pregnant than usual. It didn’t really hit me until I started working in the office and all I wanted to do was lay down and take a nap. A nap sounded so good! Albert told me to go home early, but I made the decision to first do my workout then go home after that. I can't explain it but without a workout, especially if it was planned, just throws my day off. Mentally I ne

We Tell My Mom and Dad I'm Pregnant! (Week 11)
Monday June 25, 2018 Trying to get back into the routine and act like I'm not pregnant. LOL! Feeling a little bloated but no too bad, my energy is good, and still no morning sickness! The only time I really feel like my energy is low is when I'm not fueling my body with something so I'm packing lots of snacks and making sure to get a ton of nutrients in before I head out the door. Still on my smoothie kick and of course taking all my daily micronutrients. Pre-Natal, DHA, and

A Pregnant Ladies Night, Father's Day Weekend (Week 9) Part 2 | Mesha's Pregnancy Journey
Friday, June 15th, 2018 "Ladies Night Dinner" Was up early (4am) to help assist one of our New Coaches, Erika, with morning classes. Came home after the morning classes finished and went down for a nap! Woke up after a couple hours to get ready for our weekly team meeting and decided to make a smoothie. I've been really on this smoothie kick right now, such a great way to get in protein, tons of fruits, and pack in the dense nutrients. A lot of people have been asking about
