I was pretty excited to use my ‘Yumbox’ that Albert picked up for me from Amazon. That thing is so cute and I can fit all my favorite fruits in there for the day. I can’t wait to have our baby girl use it too!
On another note, I am feeling a little off today and emotional. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Maybe I am just tired? I don’t know. I just want to be left alone and no one to bother me. I don’t like these hormones that leave me feeling this emotional and uncomfortable. I did feel a little better after I worked out and walked the dogs.
I am sorry to everyone who I encountered with today and if I made you feel like crap or I didn’t really acknowledge you how I should have.
Ending on a good note, I did poop two times today! Not good ones, but better than nothing.
And… I was in bed by 11:30pm. This is a miracle!

TUESDAY, September 18th, 2018
Yesterday was a ROUGH day and so far today I am feeling a lot better. I had a tough time eating protein yesterday. It just didn’t sit well with me nor did it sound good. Carbs is what I wanted, so carbs is what I mostly ate. I am feeling larger every day. Some days I am more uncomfortable than others but most days I try to make the most of it and move as much as I can.
I got to enjoy some sunshine with the pups today and walked them almost 2.5 miles. I can’t believe summer is over as of this coming Saturday. I also fit in a nice sweaty WOD. It was the same workout that ReignFIT Class did and boy did it challenge me and make me sweaty. Pushups are getting harder so I have scaled them to the bench. They are still hard! I scaled some of my pushups to TRX rows. I always feel a rush of endorphins right after I workout which puts me in a good mood. Energy was great because I did get 8 hours of sleep but I am still waking up at least 3x/night to pee.
Ended the night with some cramping (Hello Braxton Kicks!) and enjoyed two brownies. Something about the Triple Chocolate Brownies — they just melt in your mouth.
Baby Park likes them too!

WEDNESDAY, September 19th, 2018
I am finding that Baby Girl has me waking up like clock work in the middle of the night. Last night I was in bed around 11:45pm. I made sure to empty my bladder before bed. I woke up at 2:11am, 4:11am, 6:04am all to go pee again. I tried to go back to sleep after that but Albert was already awake to meet up with Jodeci to practice rope climbs for her upcoming Crossfit Competition this weekend.
I experienced a little more cramping today, felt a little less patient or should I say I felt irritable? Either way, I am working on trying to get better at managing my hormones these days. I got a lot of work done which makes me feel super productive and like I am doing a good job but not all days are like that.
The best thing about today was sumo deadlifting heavy!
It made me feel so strong! I must say that I have the best and most thoughtful husband in the whole wide world. He makes me feel like a beautiful strong and badass pregnant women and pushes me to be better every day. So thank you babe. Thank you for being patient with me, writing me workouts to do every day, picking up my favorite snacks, making me your homemade chili and just being YOU. I love you. Our Baby Girl is going to love you even more.

Last night was a little rough because Ranger wasn’t feeling well and threw up a handful of times. I am thinking some sort of virus is going around because Karen mentioned her pup wasn’t feel well either.
I had a wax appointment today and it is the only thing that I really do for myself in regards to pampering. (I don’t know if you call a Brazilian Wax pampering?) HA! But, I’ve been getting waxes about 6 months prior to getting married, so that’s what… almost 3 years now? I can’t imagine shaving my armpits or anything else besides my legs because I have been accustomed to the feeling and routine every 5 weeks. Plus, it makes me feel good and clean.
I felt pretty good today because I popped 3x and that hasn’t happened in weeks. I’ve been reading that this is something that I am going to continue to have issues with during the remainder of this pregnancy. So… I plan to make fiber intake my goal with lots of veggies and fruits!
The other great thing about today was getting in a workout at the YMCA while Albert worked with Jodeci on her running for her competition this weekend. It’s been so awesome watching her train and work so hard. I can’t wait to watch her compete on Saturday.
Oh… and I can’t forget eating leftover Chili is just as good as eating it on the first day.

FRIDAY, September 21st, 2018
Thank Goodness It Is Friday! I don’t know what my deal is today but my energy levels are SO low. I could barely function, I just wanted to lay on the couch and do nothing. It’s such a 180 from yesterday. My sleep was also a little rough, I’ve been keeping track of how many times I get up a night to pee or due to cramping. Last night I was up at least 5 times to pee and because Albert was snoring so loud.
I did make myself get out with Albert and walk the pups and we also went to the YMCA and did a little back workout. It was a little challenging to get through but I am so glad that I did do something active.
We spent the rest of the day running some errands and had lunch at Chipotle.
Ended the night laying on the couch, worked on our baby registry together and got some work done to get ahead of the week. Plus, we have an early morning tomorrow for Jodeci’s Crossfit Competition.

Early morning to head out to Magnuson Park to watch and support Jodeci’s competing in the Cascade Classic. She worked and trained so hard to qualify. We are so proud of her! I am also so grateful and proud of Albert who provided so much support, coaching and care to Jodeci during her whole prep for this. I know a lot of time was invested for such a positive outcome.
The most amazing thing for me was watching her climb the ropes and crushing the pull-up and double under wod at the end. She has grown so much and it makes me so happy inside to see her putting herself out there and being so strong and confident in herself.
A ton of people from our Reign community came out and supported her which as really so great to see and made my heart feel so thankful.
We all can’t wait to see what 2019 brings to Jodeci. Big things for sure and we are all here to support and push her to the best athlete, woman and leader she can be!
After the comp, everyone was tired and hungry, including me! I have been craving Matador nachos.

SUNDAY, September 23, 2018
Another early morning but all for good reasons! We had a team brunch at Tilikum Place Cafe in downtown Seattle. They are known for their Dutch Babies, so of course we got one for the table. It was so delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my vanilla latte and omelet, however I think it really made me full for the rest of the day.
It’s always a great experience getting together with our team, breaking bread and learning something new about each other. Albert spent the rest of day golfing with Chris. Glad he got to get some guy time and golf time in. Plus, it was a such a nice day today.
I also had my first Pregnancy Massage at Recoop. ‘Great Expectations’. It was relaxing, it just wasn’t the same having to lay on my side instead of my belly.
When I got home I walked the pups and for dinner Albert and I ordered in Pizza from our favorite local spot ‘Jet City.’ I love their pepperoni and Jumbo Jet which is their version of a supreme.
